Black Oak – Equinox album session (part one of two) – IDK Sessions

Black Oak is a new band formed by Geert van der Velde (The Black Atlantic) and Thijs Kuijken (I am Oak). Their debut album ‘Equinox’ is out May 13th via van der Velde’s own Bellwether label and production company.
Two weeks ago we filmed a special Equinox album live session where the band performed most of the songs off ‘Equinox’ live on the theater floor of the Odeon Schouwburg in Zwolle.
We proudly present the first 5 songs of this session.
‘Equinox’ is available digitally world wide on May 13th and on CD and LP aa well in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Austria.
